I see organisations as living organisms and diagnose in three stages which takes between 5 and 10 days, dependant on the size or the organisation.

"I was particularly impressed by Suzie’s grasp and understanding of the challenges facing our service, and the time she devoted to finding this out".

Stage 1

Like an investigative procedure I go under the skin; initially talking to a few people (as recommended by my sponsor) and then going viral based on recommendations from those initial people. This can be across a department, a division or an entire organisation.

Stage 2

The result of this period of diagnosis is a scan of the organisation which shows where the areas of dislocation, disconnectivity and lack of engagement are. On the flip side, it also highlights areas where there is high productivity, collaborative working and receptivity to and creative engagement with change.

Stage 3

From this diagnosis I will then recommend interventions that will heal, connect, align, engage and build upon the foundations of what is already working.

Implementing Change

During this process my relational approach helps to build dialogue and trust.  My extensive experience,  network of associates and understanding of the organisation under investigation means I am well placed to then make those recommended interventions by drawing on a reliable virtual team of experts.
