As a PhD qualified consultant, with 20 years experience in Change Management, Organisational Development and Communications, I specialise in getting under the skin of  organisations of any size in any sphere and diagnosing what is going on.  In essence I help them to see where the disconnects and/or loss of productivity are occurring.
